Once a quarter, a self-selected group will meet to discuss their unique challenges and discover optimum solutions over the course of a year. Each quarterly session includes diagnostic tools, skill building, best practices and a focused plan for team success, based on Arnold’s input as executive coach, facilitator and process consultant.
