(Hampton, Virginia) Kristin
Arnold, President, Quality Process Consultants, Inc. is pleased
to announce the Employee Learning and Development Team at Williams,
Tulsa OK, as this year’s Extraordinary Work Team! Entries
were received from across the country for the Second Annual
Extraordinary Work Team Recognition Award promoted by Ms. Arnold,
Team Facilitator, Trainer and Consultant.
This team successfully, diligently,
and professionally provides a learning culture for an organization
of approximately 13,000 employees having recently completed
a three month metamorphosis where they strategically realigned
their job functions to perform a more consulting role to the
organization and helping to realize how EL&D can help them
meet their business strategies. While managing an extremely
hectic traveling schedule, the team has never forgotten the
first rule of teamwork—communication. Although communication
between these team members is not always in the traditional
face-to-face manner—frequent emails and phone calls keep
them in touch with each other.
The team’s success is due
in large part to its team leader, Michelle Boyes. “She
is the ultimate servant leader. In addition to that, she inspires
an environment of fun and fellowship so the people who have
the good fortune to work with this team practice an abundance
mentality”, says former team member, Jeff Wilke.
The Extraordinary Work Team Recognition
Award was created by Ms. Arnold to celebrate Extraordinary Work
Team Recognition Day observed each year on December 4th. The
winner of this annual award receives a check for $200 in which
the team can spend as they please and a plaque that can be proudly
displayed encouraging other teams to do extraordinary things.
Entries are accepted throughout the year and to nominate an
extraordinary team, submit your entry by visiting www.qpcteam.com.
