Why a 90 Day program?
As a leader within your organization, your success is dependent on your team formulating effective strategies and implementing the resulting agreements. And given the complexity of the marketplace, we have found that leadership teams can focus well on the immediate future…about three months.

To meet those conditions, we offer a program, customized to help you and your leadership team generate the 90 day (three month) plan to achieve the specific results. Whether you are trying to increase sales, solve a vexing problem or make a crucial decision, we ensure a smooth process while strengthening your team’s work.

 
Overview
Working in conjunction with your strategic plan or in response to an emerging concern, we assess the current situation, tailor our experiential approach to meet your team’s requirements/needs, prepare for each session, facilitate the session(s) and debrief each session. Over the 90-day period, we also meet with the leadership team to ensure successful implementation and teamwork. These follow-up sessions may include plan updates, corrections, preventions, problem solving and team development. Our ultimate goal is that you achieve your desired results and build your team to replicate the process for the future.


 
Location and Logistics
Segments of our program are held both at your location and at an off-site location of your choice. If you prefer, we’ll take care of all the details including hotel and travel arrangements. We’ll make sure you and your team has an extraordinary experience.

  2. Potential Opportunity. What could be gained by addressing the issue?
  3. Default. What if you do nothing? How much longer can you tolerate the situation?
  4. Longevity. How long did it take for this problem to develop? (Note: it may take as much time to fix!)
Based on the impacts, we discuss the appropriate approach and level of investment, given your situation. Your return on your investment (ROI) expectations must be reasonable and defined up front. At each critical point of our engagement, we ensure we are on track with your expectations.

It will be your 90-day plan that the team is responsible for successfully implementing. The plan isn’t the “consultant’s plan,” it’s the team’s plan. Some leaders don’t expect this, and would rather have a consultant give them a plan. Too often a consultant’s plan becomes just “credenzaware” rather than an implemented plan. While we won’t tell you what to do, we will bring process expertise to the table –how the team works together. We intend to leave you with a process that your team can replicate, rather than becoming too dependent on us.

Based on our research, we select the best approach for your unique situation from a wide range of process models, frameworks and tools. We collaborate with you to design an overall process and an agenda that will achieve our objectives.

the retreat
Kristin Arnold, President of QPC, Inc., facilitates the retreat, modeling effective facilitative and team behaviors, ensuring the objectives are met. Given the process and agenda, we prepare the retreat materials. Deliverable:

follow up
Within one week following the retreat, we transcribe the final results in MS Word format and email the plan to the leadership team. Within two weeks to one month, we evaluate progress, provide coaching and discuss the team’s next steps. On a monthly basis, we meet with the leadership team individually and collectively to ensure progress, make corrections, solve problems and strengthen the team’s work. Additionally we are available to provide just-in-time coaching to the team leader and selected team members.
