| Confirm
Participation |
Confirm with the team members that they
will be attending the session. It's always a nice touch to send
an email reminder to them highlighting the objectives of the session,
pre-work (if any) and the session date, times and location. |

| Room
Set Up |
Make sure the seating fits the room. See
Room Set Up for more details. |
| |
|
 |
 |
| |
|
| Signage |
Create a sign for the door to let the team
know they are in the right place. |

|
| Temperature |
Lots of learning adults heat a room rapidly!
A setting of 68 degrees works nicely with a room full of warm
bodies. Know how and who will monitor the temperature throughout
the session. |

|
| Refreshments |
For sessions longer than one hour, provide
water at the tables or refreshments at the back of the room. (Kristin's
a big decaf coffee drinker, so it'd be great to have some decaf
available!). |

| Sound
System |
For teams larger than 75 people, check
and re-check the sound system. Be sure the entire team can hear.
If using a corded microphone, ensure the cord is NOT taped to
the floor. |

Make sure the introducer is comfortable
introducing the objectives of the program and Kristin's introduction
at the beginning of the program. |
