Everyone wants their
team to be an extraordinary team! But, what makes any team an
Extraordinary Team?
All teams have the potential to accomplish results quickly and
effectively, and become that Extraordinary Team. To reach that
goal a team must focus on the necessary traits.
- Clear team goals
- Communication that includes listening, speaking,
feedback
- Decision making using a variety of tools
and methods
- Balanced participation
- Diversity of ideas, methods, experiences
and opinions
- Managed conflict
- Positive atmosphere that encourages trust
and openness
- Participative leadership
This workshop will offer skills
and knowledge that will help organizations and team members refocus
their efforts on those traits that contribute to the evolution
of truly extraordinary teams. We will help you build on current
team members' skills and identify when and how everyone on the
team can use their skills. We will explore out how you can work
to build that team of active, skilled participants:
- highly knowledgeable in theory and practice
of the quality process tools
- working to have wonderful Q and A and feedback
sessions
- practicing great listening habits
- using informative email communications
- building effective team relationships
