Kristin Arnold is an expert on teams in the workplace.

She is President of Quality Process Consultants, Inc. in Alexandria, Virginia. She has a passion for helping teams be extraordinary – taking them beyond the ordinary.

An international consultant, facilitator and speaker, Kristin has authored three books and contributed to a dozen other books on teams in the workplace. From 1996 to 2004, the Daily Press, a Chicago Tribune newspaper, featured her bi-weekly column on Team Work.

One of the first women graduates of the United States Coast Guard Academy, Kristin proudly served on active duty for eleven years and retired recently from the Coast Guard Reserves. She earned an MBA along the way and discovered her passion for teamwork – for building extraordinary teams.

Kristin is a certified management consultant, a certified professional facilitator, Kolbe certified specialist and a certified speaking professional. So I guess she is certifiably……certified!
