We recognize that you are making
an investment in your team. As such, we try to make the fee structure
as simple as possible. For event-based programs, QPC Inc. charges
a simple, flat rate for each consultant dedicated to the client
engagement:

Typically, there
is no charge for up to 20 participants. An additional fee may
be required for over 20 participants.
The master copy of the workshop materials may be provided exclusively

fees |
For more involved engagements,
we will design an appropriate intervention and communicate the
scope of work through a written proposal. The proposal will provide
a total project fee. |

| direct
expenses |
You will be invoiced direct
expenses specifically incurred as result of providing contracted
services, to include travel, lodging and per diem. Coach air travel
will be determined from Dulles International Airport. Note: A
surcharge and/or certain travel requirements may apply to international
or remote destinations. |

| payment |
We accept payment by check,
Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card. Unpaid balances
beyond thirty (30) days are subject to finance charges at a monthly
rate of 1.5%. All prices are in U.S. dollars. |

| deposit |
A deposit of fifty percent
(50%) of the estimated total cost will be required for client
engagements over $5,000 total or airfares in excess of $1,000. |

| satisfaction |
Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the way things
are going, we will work to make it right until you are satisfied.
If we absolutely cannot make it right for you (which has never
happened in the decade we have been in business), you will be
refunded less the actual expenses.
On the other hand, if you are satisfied with the session (which
we know you will be), please write three letters of recommendation
to persons of equal stature in companies or organization of equal
stature. By doing this, we are able to put our energies in working
for you versus marketing to the world. |
