Executive
Mastermind sessions are held for executives to discuss
issues, share best practices and resolve plaguing problems. The
executives – CEOs, Presidents, or Senior VPs - represent
non-competing, but similar structure and sized organizations.
It’s all about creating the synergy of like-minded industry
professionals.
We provide a safe place, for one full day, to celebrate success,
solve pressing issues, offer support and encouragement, unleash
creativity, and gain valuable insights to expand and grow their
businesses. Our Executive Mastermind sessions
help establish valuable relationships. |

Our Executive Mastermind offers these benefits:
- Identify
and share issues, problems and develop solutions
in a safe, collaborative environment. We survey the participants
to uncover issues that are problematic for the group of executives
so that we can explore alternative solutions. Our participants
use the information acquired during these sessions to work
within their own teams to identify future trends in their
market sector, improve their business and interpersonal skills,
and add to their knowledge bank.
- Opportunity
to establish valuable relationships that go far deeper
than hallway networking. Many groups opt to continue meeting
on their own accord three or four times a year – often
at their own facilities.
- Receive
a written summary
report of their group’s issues, discussions and best
practices.
Napolean Hill
coined the concept of the mastermind alliance in his classic book,
Think and Grow Rich. He believed that a group of like-minded,
achievement-oriented individuals could dramatically leverage each
other's success. This Mastermind concept has proven itself over
time as a valuable resource for people of every profession.

What We
Do To Create the Mastermind Group
- Help
determine the right mix for each mastermind group
- Survey
the participant executives to unearth mutual areas of interest
- Create
a small, but doable “pre-work” assignment for
each participant
- Facilitate
the actual mastermind session – identifying issues to
discuss, best practices to share and problems to be solved.
We also explore the issue if they would like to continue meeting
as a mastermind group.
- Ensure
the Executive Mastermind group is
operating with legal guidelines e.g. collusion.
A special note
for associations and organizations: QPC can set up an Executive
Mastermind group in conjunction with your conference to provide
an extra incentive for Executives. |

What One
Association Says About Their Executive Mastermind Experience
In 1999, AWMA formed four new CEO Groups made of non-competing
companies with similar characteristics. The idea was to give these
CEOs an opportunity to learn from each other, share ideas, give
each other advice, and serve as business advisors and sounding
boards for their companies… In 2000, we added one new CEO
Group and realized that there was an opportunity to go beyond
the CEO level and formed two new Buyer Groups……planning
for 2002, we are looking at continuing to form new CEO groups,
additional buyer groups and with other functional areas within
our member companies that could lend themselves to this kind of
opportunity…
Kristin, I think a big part of the reason the program has been
so successful, and continues to grow, is because of the guidance
and facilitation support you provide us!… I certainly
could not have pulled together a facilitation team of such high
quality without your help.
During the meetings, you and your top-notch facilitation team
helped each group get to know each other, identify topics of
concern and prioritize them and helped them form their charter,
agreeing on how their groups would move forward with future
meetings and activities.
Once the initial meetings were completed, you and your team
provided very comprehensive follow-up reports in a very timely
manner. In fact, I was surprised to receive them so quickly!!
I am counting on you to be part of our team as we go forward
with these new groups.
