This workshop will provide you with the skills and knowledge to facilitate any team meeting. To help you on your road to learning basic facilitation skills, we’ll examine the:
  • various types of teams
  • stages of team development
  • many rolls that team members need to play
  • various tools used for activities such as problem solving and decision-making
  • team building exercises that help build the team
We’ll explore the Do’s and Don’ts of facilitator behavior, how to help the team with planning, decision-making, group dynamics and interpersonal relationships.
