Our approach
to building high performance teams (vs. team building) combines
consulting, coaching, training and process facilitation within
the context of working real issues. We have rarely found it
useful to treat “team building” as a separate and
distinct activity.

issue/problem/project with appropriate levels of coaching and
facilitation both discussed and modeled.
